South Metro Independent Insurance Agency that is part of one of the top 100 agencies in the country is seeking a LICENSED Property & Casualty Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR. We are an established, hardworking, fast paced and fun place to work. This position offers a lot of growth potential. Competitive Salary ranging from $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience and insurance knowledge and Benefit Package provided. Servicing responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

•    Manage a portfolio of commercial clients.

•    Listen & interact with clients to identify and provide solutions for their insurance needs.

•    Build and establish client relationships to ensure continued client satisfaction and patronage.

•    Provide clients with information on company products and services.

•    Collaborate with Team Leader to ensure proper implementation of customer service policies & procedures and bringing new ideas to the team.

•    Preparing binders, certificates, renewals, auto ID cards, quoting and account summaries.

•    Maintain current knowledge about company products and services.

Requirements needed to qualify: 

•    Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.

•    Able to politely relate with clients to ensure satisfaction with products & services.

•    Well versed in interacting with clients using clear & appropriate language.

•    Skilled in handling multiple customers call in a timely manner.

•    Solid knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
